SOUTHEYS GROUP Trading as Drain Inspection Services Limited (DIS) — Terms and Conditions
1. Payments will be made in full no later than 20th day of the month following invoice.
2. Should the Customer default in payment of any monies due to Southeys then:
a) All monies due by the Customer to Southeys shall immediately become due and payable.
b) Southeys may charge the Customer interest on any amount owing after the due date at the rate of 2% per annum above the current overdraft rate charged by our Bankers (calculated on a daily basis), from the date payment was due until payment in full.
c) Southeys may suspend further services to the Customer until the Customer has paid all monies due by the Customer to Southeys.
3. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Southeys in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees or legal fees, shall be recoverable from the Customer.
I/we declare the above particulars to be true and correct. I/we have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of trade as above. I/we am/are duly authorised to enter into this application and future contracts on behalf of the customer. I/we unconditionally and irrevocably personally guarantee the payment of all money owed by this business to Southeys Group Ltd.
If the applicant is a company then this application form must be signed by a director of the company.
